Individuals delivering behavior analytic services are certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).

The BACB maintains standards and regulations required for acquiring and maintaining a certification. The BACB also developed the ethics code for all practitioners. Practitioners can utilize the BACB resources and seek support from the BACB for ethical guidance. Potential ethical violations and concerns should be reported to the BACB. Violations and concerns will be reviewed and processed by the BACB's Disciplinary Review Committee (DRC) and Disciplinary Appeal Committee (DAC)
